In the third course of Foundations of Woodworking, students will learn the basics of hand joinery, using hand tools to create a variety of woodworking joints. This class will provide an excellent foundation for woodworking projects at home or more advanced woodworking classes. Prerequisite: Foundations of Woodworking: Woodworking Tools- Their Use and Care.

Instructor: Michael Puryear is a furniture maker, studio designer, and teacher with 30 years of experience. He has taught college-level courses and has built a number of small wooden craft.
