Custom Sailing Lessons: Sunday, June 16, 2019

Always wanted to learn how to sail? Just bought a sailboat, but want some professional training? Now you can take custom lessons with the Riverport Sailing School.

Join our US Sailing certified instructors on one of our sailboats or arrange for instruction on your own boat (boat must pass safety inspection). 

Each lesson is 3 hours long. Students meet their instructor at the Riverport Wooden Boat School of  the Hudson River Maritime Museum. You may register for more than one lesson at a time.

5:00PM to 8:00PM

Minimum of two students required

General Registration: $165/person
HRMM Individual  Member Registration: $155/person
HRMM Household Member & Above: $145/person
Registration deadline is two weeks before the start date of each class.

Cancellation policy: Full refunds will be offered for cancellations that occur 30 days or more before a program's registration deadline (if no deadline, the first day of the program). Cancellations between 30 and 7 days will be offered a 50% refund or credit toward another class. Cancellations after the registration deadline or within 7 days of the first day of class (whichever comes first) will not be refunded.

Weather Cancellation: Generally, Riverport Sailing School does not cancel classes. We sail in light rain and a variety of wind and weather conditions. We stay ashore only if conditions are dangerous, i.e. squall or thunder and lightning.
