Historic Whitehall Rowing- July 20, 2019
Description
These hearty tours require a team of at least four crew members to row the gigs for 5 miles, from the docks at the Hudson River Maritime Museum, northeast through the estuary along the Rondout Creek to the Lighthouse, then north along the Hudson River to Kingston Point Beach (a distance of two and a quarter miles) where everyone disembarks to rest, enjoy a snack, etc.
