Join woodworker Peter Duncan to build your own boat helm. Whether to be used on your boat or as wall art you will leave this class with a beautiful boat helm. Built with solid wood laminations, this class will give you experience with edge gluing and laminating multiple wood layers. You will also get experience using a band saw circle cutting jig and a router and pattern bit to cut shapes to a template.

All materials and tools for this project are included and each student will leave with a helm ready for their finish of choice. Some woodworking experience is required and students should be comfortable with the use of a router and various power saws.
