Custom Sailing Lessons: Thursday, September 12, 2019

Always wanted to learn how to sail? Just bought a sailboat, but want some professional training? Now you can take custom lessons with the Riverport Sailing School.

Join our US Sailing certified instructors on one of our sailboats. Each lesson is 3 hours long. Students meet their instructor at the Riverport Wooden Boat School of  the Hudson River Maritime Museum.

4:00PM to 7:00PM

Minimum of two students required

General Registration: $165/person
HRMM Individual  Member Registration: $155/person
HRMM Household Member & Above: $145/person
Registration deadline is five days before the start date of each class.

Cancellation policy: Full refunds will be offered for cancellations that occur 30 days or more before a program's registration deadline (if no deadline, the first day of the program). Cancellations between 30 and 7 days will be offered a 50% refund or credit toward another class. Cancellations after the registration deadline or within 7 days of the first day of class (whichever comes first) will not be refunded.

Weather Cancellation: Generally, Riverport Sailing School does not cancel classes. We sail in light rain and a variety of wind and weather conditions. We stay ashore only if conditions are dangerous, i.e. squall or thunder and lightning.
