Adult Basic Sailing, Saturday, June 19, 2021, 9 am to noon

This three-hour class is designed for adult students who are new to small, centerboard boat sailing. US Sailing-certified instructors will teach the basics of sailing on board a stable Catalina Capri sailboat.  Students will experience capsize practice in a calm and safe manner, so they will know what to do in the future in the case of an unexpected capsize.  Covid-19 safety protocols will be followed. Class will meet outdoors, students and instructors will wear face coverings, and equipment will be sanitzied frequently. 

*Instructor/Student ratio is 1:3.
